The Choir plays an important role in leading and enriching our Sunday worship. Under the leadership of Mrs Sheryl Southwood the choir is reaching new heights. The choir's beautiful singing, together with the skill of our organist, Mr Edwin Taylor at our historic William Davidson Organ, add significantly to the richness of our parish life.

In memory of our previous Director of Music, Peter McMillan, the church has recently been given Peter's Walcker Organ which is a great addition to the musical aspect of our worship.

Two musical instruments are on permanent loan, a Beal semi grand piano and a harpsichord.

The 9.30am service is now sung once a month, adding to the beauty of our worship.

When: Sundays 9.30am   /   Where: Church

The Choir sings each Sunday at the 9.30am service as well as at other special services at St Paul's. It also sings at a monthly service of Vespers in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd at Cardinal Freeman Village, Ashfield. The Choir rehearses on Sundays at 8.15am.

The Choir is eager to welcome new members. This is a wonderful opportunity for all those keen to participate in regular choral singing in a liturgical context. Experience in singing and the ability to read music easily will be necessary.
