The Choir of St Paul’s has played an integral part in the worship of the church since soon after the foundation of the parish in 1871. It draws from its extensive music library to support the liturgy, performing repertoire which ranges from 10th century Gregorian chant through to the works of contemporary 20th and 21st century composers.

In addition to the weekly 9:30am Choral Eucharist, the choir also sings for major festivals in the church's calendar, and also marks special occasions throughout the year with Choral Evensong at 5:00pm. The annual Carol Service provides an opportunity for the choir to sing the much-loved repertoire of the Advent and Christmas seasons alongside lesser-known works which have been written for this special time of the year.
